We’re a small company doing big things in the world of data, cloud and AI. We’re looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial data and analytics strategist who’s passionate about the power of data and technology, gets a kick out of being a challenger, and believes the future belongs to nimble specialists. You’ll be leading our client strategy offering, helping advise world-famous brands how they can do more with their marketing and customer data.
Advise key clients on their marketing data, analytics, activation and AI strategies
Develop and implement consultative frameworks and approaches, building on our ethos of delivering value quickly and regularly
Inspire, manage and coach a team of consultants and expert practitioners, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture
Support business development by helping to qualify and close new opportunities
Contribute to our marketing and thought leadership efforts by creating content and participating in relevant industry events
Collaborate with other practice leaders to advance our product and service offerings
Experience
Leading a team (doesn’t have to have been a big one!)
Working in a specialist data and analytics consultancy, or the data and analytics practice within a marketing agency
Being a trusted advisor to senior-level clients within large, complex organisations
Must-have skills and knowledge
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage internal teams and influence external stakeholders at all levels
Deep understanding of marketing data, the benefits of marketing data warehouses and CDPs, principles of data governance and privacy, data visualisation and analysis, activation and agents
Familiarity with the Google Marketing Platform and Google Cloud toolset, specifically Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio and BigQuery
An insatiable appetite for AI with evidence of early adoption and a hand-on builder attitude
A strong commercial mindset with an understanding of agency and consulting operating models
Nice-to-have skills and knowledge
Hands-on implementation, engineering or analysis skills
Up-to-date certifications in the Google Marketing Platform or Google Cloud
Previous client-side experience leading a marketing data and analytics team
